Placing An Order
Simply select the items you want and then choose the “in-store” pick-up option at checkout.
Please note that helium balloons, furniture and select items are currently only available for in-store pickup due to weight or bulk.
Picking Up An Order
Shortly after placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email that details your item(s), shipping and payment methods. This e-mail is automatically generated, so please check your SPAM folder if you do not receive one.
Orders are pulled from our store inventory during our regular store hours, so depending on when you place your order, it will most likely be ready for pick-up later that day or the next. We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but we do process them in the order in which they are received. Depending on how busy we are on any given day, your order may not be processed until the next day. If you need your order right away, please make a note in the comment section when you place your order or call the store to let us know when you will be in to pick it up.
Once your order has been processed and is ready for pick-up , you will receive a separate notification email indicating that your order has been completed at our end. That is your signal that your order is ready for pick-up. Again, check your SPAM if you do not receive an e-mail within a day or two of ordering.
When you arrive at the store, feel free to ask any employee to assist you with locating your order. It will be set aside in a secure location with your name on it. Curbside pick-up is also available if you are able to find a spot right out front. Just give us a call from your car and we will run your order out to you.
Please note that your credit card will be authorized at the time you place your order, but will not actually be charged until your order is processed.
What To Bring
Please bring your order confirmation email (print out or show on your mobile device) and a valid ID. You may also have someone else pick up your order, so long as they bring the documents listed above.
